>Vinland Saga manga creator Makoto Yukimura made sure viewers knew that the series' 11th episode had some changes when it aired on NHK on Saturday night. Yukimura wrote on Twitter on Sunday that the NHK version was "smaller in scale" and due to "various circumstance" the episode had numerous cuts "everywhere." Yukimura apologized to viewers and stated that the full version of the episode is available on the Amazon Prime streaming service.

That's my guess at least. I only watch it to refresh my memory and see how they do it. A few scenes have been really well done so far, I was pleasantly surprised at how they did a few scenes, mainly the english woman and Thorkell vs Thorfinn 1, I'm hoping they pool in the hours for Thorkell vs Thorfinn 2, or more specifically the whole of Askellad´s band falling apart. If they execute the entire part well we could have some fire episodes with Knut growing balls, more Throkell etc.
