Phos' change from Phos1.0 to GoldPhos.
It was so sudden and the last thing we see of the old Phos was her just staring off in horror. In other anime the transition would have happened with the main character looking off into the distance with a wistful look of hopefulness and their face, and this had been the first time I'd seen the troupe go off in such a somber fashion.
And I really really liked the first Phos. I was seriously sad for like, five days.

And all this time she is trying to be genki in Shamikoish way, but has little energy for it. Not a tragic tearjerker because there is no bad end and she has a loving family, but still if you'll think about her childhood, you can get pretty emotional.
