Carlo is very hard to translate and the guy who did the LN stopped in early Vol. 2 when it got officially licensed.

Youjo Senki would have been better if Tanya had been isekaied without magic powers and she had been forced to sell her body to put food on the table.

I want you to think about whether you would actually like to read that as a regular story if it was another character or if you only lust for it because of how good Tanya is.

No, the last volume came out February this year. However, next month would be the longest interval between releases so far, so he should be finishing the manuscript for it to be on shelves in time.

or has he been doing alot of work with the movie, and the bonus releases that came with it? Im sure there was alot that he had to do with the movie and, it ate into writing time

But no, he wrote a lot of bonus novels even without the whole Movie happening. Building Blocks, for example. And Guide to Desert Operations.

I didn't imply any translations, I said I was hoping for one. Alternative Heroes was the novel included in the Limited Edition BD, and both Carlo and Shinobu singled it out in tweets both before and after the BD release, so I'm very curious about it.
But generally Carlo has written bonus novels for a bunch of things. Like Buildings Blocks that I mentioned. I think that might have been bundled with a manga volume originally. Or maybe an LN. They did weird stuff sometimes, like one LN came with a figure.

Ah, got you. If nothing else has been translated with how long they've all be out, i wouldn't get your hopes up. may something official eventually, or the manga translators will get to it.

The LN and Manga is translated by the same person, and they've just started hormone therapy, leading to delays (Vol 7 translation just got pushed back a month) in their already too stacked workload (they translate a shitton of other books and I don't think YS adding a manga was expected).
