I liked Sai,he actually had character development. His arc of understanding human emotions is pretty good and it spanned all over Shippuden. You could say he was kind of a jester type of character,him marrying Ino(who understands emotions pretty well,bieng a girl and ofc her powers) makes a lot of sense too imo.
