Current timeline of the festival plus some speculation
>1st day
-F is with Ichika early on the day
-F meets Yotsuba a bit before 15:00 and they go fetch Nino
-Meeting at 15:20
-After the meeting F takes Ichika to her taxi
-F and Nino are looking for Maruo at the stalls at 17:40
We still need F to have some alone time with Itsuki, Yotsuba and Miku and for us to know what went wrong that day
Itsuki could be before 15:00 with Fuu meeting her at the school cafeteria on the table they meet on ch1, it seems all the quints were a bit late for the meeting so maybe bald guy meets Itsuki a bit before 15:00
Yots will probably be right before they go fetch Nino together
We know F wasn't able to visit her stall before 15:00 so Miku would have to be alone with him either in between F returning from dismissing Ichika and him going to look for Maruo with Nino or at the very end of the day during the clean up, is also possible they meet while Miku was taking a rest from the stall work

-Around 17:00 F takes Nino to the hospital (festival activities end at 17:00 the first two days and we hear the announcement for the end of schedule activities before F arrives on the bike)
-Around 22:00 Fuu leaves the hospital with Ichika
Assuming all the flashbacks are set on the first two days, then the play, fire and bald guy plots need to happen after Takebayashi going to the stall on ch100 as we pretty much know none of the quints met with F before that
The collapse and probably the fire also take place after 17:00
Itsuki could happen right after Takebayashi or at the hospital, with her talking to F about bald guy
Yots could be after Takebayashi with F helping her practice her lines for the play
Miku's fire plot would happen after 17:00 (Increased workload due to ads causes collapse which causes fire, work causes fire which causes collapse or an accident during clean up), she ends up collapsing and gets her alone time with F at the hospital
If the flashbacks cover the 3rd day, then Yotsuba being involved in the fire and collapsing is a possibility, Miku would then take over the stage play on the 3rd day and would have her alone time with F while practicing her lines while Yotsuba gets hers at the hospital

A lot of people said that the chapter put her back in the bowl, but it really felt to me like Ichika keeps finding ways to sink her chances more and more every appearance. She opened up the route for Fuutarou to have a love epiphany later, and she might've been back in the game when he considered her a kiss candidate, but then she went and kissed him directly without a major climax. Feels like she keeps sinking away every chance she gets.

Those chapters didn't change her chances that much, she got a kiss but no positive reaction from Fuuts out of it while just a few pages earlier she asked who's kiss would make him happy which could be a deathflag but he could just be flustered so its ambiguous enough
The same on ch101, she heard the story about the kisser which is a massive deathflag but Negi could always have another quint hearing the same story so it's nothing certain
At most her flashback just confirmed she hasn't given up on her feelings

Seeing 4 about to lose her shit during the confrontation with Takebayashi makes me think that she's the bell kisser. Think about it, Yotsuba has always had a penchant for impulsive actions. And her pent up feelings for Fuutarou are just a ticking time bomb she's trying (and failing) to defuse.

This chapter was fill with a lot of little emotional moments. And before kiss she was genuinelyhappy that she considered her as
kisser.
Well you can call me stupid for my next statement but imo the main problem that we don't what Negi treats as death flags. It's his first big manga and it's diffucult to say what kind of logic he uses. Maybe he is going to let Itsuki win. Maybe he is going to let Ichika be the only kisser and winner in the story. Maybe he is going to make Miku winner because of her popularity.
Maybe Fuu is going to kiss every quint during this arc.

No it doesn't work because Yotsuba clearly stated that she was fine with him until the swing talk with Ichika. Add to that their talk after the kiss when she was genuinely clueless and there is barely anything supporting her as the kisser.

What's the point though? Isn't the Manga already entering it's endgame? By the time the anime airs around January, we'll probably be on the final arc. And assuming the anime is just 1-cour, taking the previous season as reference in terms of length, we will probably end S2 on the bell kisser at the end of the scrambled eggs arc.
Seems like an odd spot to end the anime, not unless the anime will go all the way to the end. Which I quite frankly, won't mind, but god help the animation and QUALITY for something like that.
