For me it's the other way around. Utaha is really beautiful and she has a nice personality, but it's hard to ignore Megumi's softness cuteness.

Not a fan of tsunderes, and her design is my least favorite of the three. There's also the fact that she's pretty much there to get verbally shit on by Utaha, and Utaha in turn exists for ecchi shit/"intelligent" one-liners to show others how above them she is, or thinks she is. Both were so boring, which is ironic since Megumi is suppose to be, but she carried the entire show.
