I doubt they're gonna speed through Volume 8 like that. I feel as though they might save that for some OVAs before season 3 gets green lit. I think they'll do an aftermath episode after the Freya/Ishta familia war and let Haruhime join the Hestia famila. Final episode could be either an original ending (God please no), or slowly start to reveal Uranus's true plan for Orario and Rakia's invasion of Orario.
Or they could skip right over Volume 8 entirely and go straight into Volume 9.

Next episode is called Rakia and the preview looks to be showing the meeting Hestia called to prevent inter-familia relationships while promoting relationships between gods and mortals.
Basically she’s trying to block Lily and give herself an advantage. Mikoto and Welf don’t mind it though since they are after deities themselves

I'd be surprised if JC Staff didn't skip Lilie's and Mikoto's side stories. Welf's is kinda necessary, tanks to tying into the main conflict of the book and I expect Hestia's bit to be shortened significantly, to a point where they may not even stay at the village and just head straight home, unless they really want to show Hestia and Aiz dancing with Bell in festive garb.
