Bakugou is better at all those things than Deku is. He neutralizes the super strength though speed and dexterity, his own speed is comparable through explosive propulsion, he has just as much endurance from a lifetime of fighting, and is arguably more agile. He also hits with the force of a cannon. I'm not sure you could call what Deku did 'jobbing' when he was overmatched from the start.

it doesn't matter that realistically Deku could knock him out with one punch, when you're a main character in anime you're basically invulnerable to any kind of blunt force attack, only swords and sharp things kill
