The grown up Eren is an interesting take on traps; usually traps are complete moeblob and emphasize cuteness but grown up Eren looks female, despite not being cute, despite not even cross-dressing. He has an expression of stern seriousness but nevertheless looks closer to female than male.

Also, much like in Assasination Classroom, the main character is a trap without this being the focus of the story; usually when the main character is a trap that is pretty much all the character is and completely defines the character and the story but there is so much more to the story and to Eren than just being a male that looks like a female.
