Are the movie rips out yet?

I'd be more worried about the movies. Officially came out yesterday in japan. But no subs are included so it's doubtful we'll get them before S3. And can't really watch S3 without having watched the movies?

Fall is by far the best season of this year. For the first time I have over 3-4 shows to watch.

Case 1 isn't really spectacular, it felt like another case but with really good production values.
All in all, it was really great.

Anyway, just read an interview of the new cast and apparently a lot of characters from the previous works will show up and Kougami will be in the new season as it was implied by the end of Case 3 (Kougami literally say that he'll come back to japan).

Wonder what went wrong. Assuming they started animation production around the time SS movies aired, so February/March, 7-8 months before air date is a decent amount of time for a one cour series, especially for a studio like Production IG. Not to mention that according to the panel at Anime Japan earlier this year they were preparing season 3 for 4 years. So they had more than enough time to plan it all.

Are Urobuchi and Motohiro planning to come back for season 3?
