Solid 8 out of 10. We get some nice bits and pieces of what happened at Levely, which engages the reader to want to continue to know more. The two biggest reveals are the Shichibukai dissolution, and Drake being an undercover Marine agent and the leader of a secret Marine unit (SWORD). Vivi's fate was implied when Im chose her out of the 4 targets (Luffy, Kurohige, Shirahoshi, and her) to "erase." At the same time, the chapter was rather short and focused mostly on reactions more than anything else. If this chapter had a bit more meat to it, I'd be fine with it.

That was unironically the best part of the entire chapter

The problem is that Mihawk said it himself. He became a Warlord because he got tired, being chased around.

So like Mihawk eventually found it annoying, having to be chased around by Marines instead of always looking forward to it.

It seems Mihawk has a limit of tolerance when it comes to confronting Marines 24/7. He eventually didn't like having to deal with Marines and made a deal.

Then the series would be 2000 chapters long? You'd want to include how/why character X goes to location Y, the entire fight and it's outcome, this would take 10-20 chapters per off screened fight (any time there's a couple day long fight between big names). The series will no doubt reach 1200 or maybe even 1300 chapters. The entire pacing of fights could change to be 2-3 chapters (like a monthly series), but people would also complain. There's no 'correct' option at this point, just what each reader wants.
