Conflict of the movie is Tsubasa trying to scout her talent, and a back and forth of Maria denying her offers because she's afraid of being made fun of due to her class but secretly really wanting to do it. Add romance and lewdness where appropriate. One point of drama could be her going to a skeevy photoshoot from a talent scout who wants her to be a lingerie model.

I've been hoping for a Madoka style ending where Madoku becomes a sort of part time overseer of Earth who destroys all relics/Noise/Alchemy before they have a chance to unbalance the world. That includes the Symphogears. Then everyone can live relatively normal lives without being called up to fight African drug lords equipped with Alca-Noise and tanks. I really wanted Miku's season to be Miku's season. It seems they only know how to write her as "looking upset saying 'Hibiki' to no one" and "damsel in distress".
I wanted a deeper look at the character, her guilt, her underlying obsession with Hibiki and how she would react and deal with all that after the power of a god was forced into her. Shem-Ha is neat but NOT what I wanted out of the "two available vessels of divine power" arc.
