Nariyuki woke up from his fall, and tried to check the time, but the phone was smashed from the fall. Not only that, he had injured his leg from the fall. Just as he was about to slip on the stairs once more, Uruka managed to find and save him thanks to a certain dog.

As Uruka helped Nariyuki to the venue, Fumino called to see if there are any updates. Uruka tried to explain that Nariyuki was hurt, but the conversation was cut short because Uruka's phone ran out of battery.

With 15 minutes left to go, and a 30 minute walking distance, Nariyuki felt defeated as he self-depreciated. Uruka told Nariyuki to start running, and will carry his weight throughout the run. With 7 minutes left, Nariyuki knows that they won't make it, but still tried, believing that there is some sort of meaning behind each step they're making right now.

Just then, Mafuyu's car rolled around recklessly, and the owner of the said car told them to get in. As it turned out, 15 minutes before the exam starts, Fumino and Rizu couldn't take the wait anymore and tried to go and find them. Asumi stopped them from doing something so recklessly even though she was also worried sick. That's when Mafuyu showed up and told them to leave everything to her.

With Nariyuki just barely made it, the Center Exam starts.
