It's fun but im absolute shit at it

Used to when I was a child till adolescence/early adulthood. But like everything I gave up for whatever reason. Usually because I found no joy in it or thought it futile. Take me back pre hopelessness.

Used to draw when I was a kid, but now I write novel instead. I don't hate it, but I didn't love it either

was always bad at drawning. even a 5 year old could do it better then me.

It's better than nothing user. You do something other than wake up, work, consume food/drink, shitpost, sleep.
doubt. search "drawing by 5 year old" there is no way you are that bad user, you have fine motor movements that they don't as well as references they don't to draw from.

I used to draw dicks on my classmates books when I was in school. Though my artistic talents expired soon after getting into college.

I used to be into it to the point that I entered competitions, ended up being a runner up at the last one that I did. Then I spiraled into depression because I wasnt getting any better at it, couple that with getting bullied every day.I eventually had a family member intervene with what was happening to me and told me that I cant be great at drawing and even if I did, it wouldnt do me any good because art doesnt make that much money. Basically shattered what little self esteem I had left. I havent touched anything art related for a long as fuck time.

You can make a ton of cash not being great at art with furry commisions
