I don't think "Prunus Girl" would have quite the same effect with Krillin in the place of Kizuna, since the entire præmise of the plot is basiclaly the relationship between the male m.c. and the friendship he develops with another male who basically looks like a female and likes to flirt with the m.c., and make him uncomfortable.
Like, there would be nothing left should Kizuna be replaced by Krillin.

You sometimes i wish they would give the humans a teamwork based power boost, like since Krillin is based of off monks he could perhaps tap into the life energies of humans(similar to a spirit bomb but not as an attack) and utilize their collective power to boost himself up.
