She's initially gained weight in her gut, but as she gains, her gut just doesn't keep getting bigger. The weight goes to other areas as well, so she clearly gets fatter even as her most prominent fat part grows more slowly. First her breasts got bigger. Then her arms. Now her ass and legs are filling out. This is how people actually get fat. First it goes to one place, then another, as the person slowly balloons in overall size, different body parts gaining at different speeds. Erufuda's an apple, so she gains primarily in her belly and her breasts, and these will always be the biggest part of her. But by this point, she's put on so much weight that some of it is going to her lesser body parts, too.
