Some might be fine and happy, others not so much. How do their families react, some supportive, some not. Abortion, adoption, or keep it? You're asking for a whole fucking school man. Its retarded to think that everyone there and involved will be perfectly happy and chill. Cutting the size of the scenario can help trim down the drama, and focus on smaller cases.

What about a series that's about a prenatal/childbirth class with women ranging from 18-40? Some would be on their first child while others would already have a few. You'd get a whole bunch of different views and outlooks on pregnancy plus you'd hit a whole bunch a different fetish targets from teens to ara-aras.
