Here's the issue. Mods are not a unified force. They present one, but they argue about stuff all the time. There is both a pro and anti general contingent. The compromise between the two is Yea Forums 6, which didn't specifically outlaw generals, but low effort OPs. They also, initially anyway, were stricter about deleting threadly reposts and copypasta.

One piece is a weekly manga with a large following and a shitload of chapters so you can have constant discussion about it.

Unless you're a massive newfags, you should already know that mods do whatever the fuck they want, there's no democratic equality or fairness on this website, and complaining about mod policies is against the rules.

One piece threads are mostly discussion though. Aot and dbs threads need to be banned though cause it's 100% shipping/powerlevels baiting.
