Yu yu hakusho's anime improved on the manga (especially with the last arc), and then it's english dub beat the original anime in terms of voice acting talent and writing. I'm not even nostalgiafagging either I've watched both, the main casts lines are lightyears better than they are in the Japanese script, and it's not even close. Sub yusuke almost feels generic when compared to his dub counterpart.

Yeah but they're both shit compared to any Nanto or Hokuto master. They're also fucking dumb because they could get better by serving Souther, Shin, Yuda or Raoh. Ah, they would also job to Ryuuga too.

I always thought Jagi was hard done by in the anime. Toki had a couple dozen episodes, Raoh had nearly twice that but Jagi only had four. I felt like he could've been and done so much more if he'd been kept around a while longer.
