are VN-only secondarys excited for babylonia anime?
Are VN-only secondarys excited for babylonia anime?
the absolute state of gachanigger """""bait"""""
you retards really can't do anything right
As someone who actually played through Babylonia, I'm really not that fussed.
>VN-only secondaries
Go to bed grandpa Fate is FGOchad territory now. Nobody has to read your shitty porn novel anymore.
>died to paperwork
>Gil
>GIL DIED TO PAPERWORK
>Mexican god
>Lost to a girl with a shield
>LOST TO A GIRL WITH A SHIELD
cringe.
When people hear Fate they think of FGO, not your potato eroge
Based as fuck. FUCK VNniggers haven't read it and never will.
FGO is literally what is keeping this franchise alive be grateful.
More like she got powerbombed by the sheer power of my dick
>During the moment where Quetzalcoatl is summoned as a Servant, she views something sprouting in her Master, and then becomes deeply moved. Basically, a Servant who loves her Master. However, she does not “love her Master” in the meaning of the broader sense, but she loves the “growth of this seed called mankind that is being nurtured within this Master.”
>never read the VN
>never will
>only give a fuck about Zero
V(irgin)N(iggers) get fucked.
But that's exactly why I hate FGO.
Except they don't, you fucking moron. Go see how many people recognize the original VN's cast vs. how many recognize your forgettable gachashit cast then get back to me. Maybe if you paypigs left your fgo sphere every now and then you would realize how much of an echo chamber it is.
To be fair, those who see the MC in a romantic sense are very few. Most Servants look at him like a little brother or someone to teach and nurture. A disciple of sorts.
not that user but by "cast" you mean the character or the seiyuu? because if you mean the latter then that's a no-no
Nobody is saying that FGO is good. But neither is the VN and I take the singularity and lostbelt storylines over the bullshit three routes of the original.
>Muh Saber
>Muh justice
>Muh Worms
>I take the singularity and lostbelt storylines over the bullshit three routes of the original.
As someone who's kept up with FGO, I can only wonder at your taste. It's not awful, but the VN is an actual complete story and at least a reasonable proportion of characters have actual arcs, FGO's story is a bloated fucking mess where only a handful of characters get any real development.
What? 90% of the female servants have a during their bond 5 talk where they atleast hint that they have feelings for (you)
>MFW rolled Merlin last night.
Please name at least 40 of them
>vnkeks thinking they are relevant
>he rolled for Merlin instead of Skadi
>OP: Phantom Joke by Unison Square Garden
>ED: Hoshi ga furu yume (dream of a falling/shooting star?) by Eir Aoi
Btw i wonder if there will be another OP & ED for the second cour
>Have to pass on all these S-tier servants to save for Abbi
I have the patience and will of a god.
have fun with your censored version lol
The second cour is where shit hits the fan so I guess so.
Can't wait for secondaries reaction to the second arc. The first one atleast has some SoL and funny moments and then it suddenly gets dark really really quick.
>Got him last year
I barely care anymore. Without any real servant to strive for it's become depressingly overt how tedious the game really is without a real goal, even by typical gatcha game standards. I don't even care about the lore of GFL but I still end up playing it more than FGO simply because it's slightly less dreary.
Don't care if it's censored I want my daughteru.
Fuck you. People like you are the reason they get away with destroying the server
congrats, you are the worst kind of reddit pleb
Based FGOCHAD
>FGO: First order

>FGO: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia
>FGO: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia - Initium Iter
>FGO: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot 1 - Wandering; Agateram
>FGO: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot 2 - Paladin; Agateram
>FGO: Himuro no Tenchi - 7-nin no Saikyou Ijin-hen
Can anyone explain the chronology here? I cant make tails or heads of this mess. Are they all connected or stand alone? Are they required watching for fate? Can they be understood without playing catchashit?
>FGO: First order
anime adaption of prologue Singularity F aka the first chapter of FGO
>FGO: Moonlight/Lostroom
This is a special OVA and heavily related to the plot of part 2. Don't watch it unless you already finish part 1.
>FGO: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia
>FGO: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia - Initium Iter
Babylonia anime is the adaption of part 1 chapter 7. Initium Iter is ep 0 of Babylonia anime.
>>FGO: Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot 2 - Paladin; Agateram
Anime adaption of part 1 chapter 6
>FGO: Himuro no Tenchi - 7-nin no Saikyou Ijin-hen
Just a joke OVA for New Year special broadcast and has zero connection to the main story
Gachaniggers are subhuman
Watch First Order (Prologue of FGO).
Babylonia Initium Iter (episode 0 of Babylonia, aka chapter 7).
Babylonia.
Next year watch the Camelot movies (chapter 6).
George VI, John Curtin & FDR were going the same way in recent times past; so his case is not that unique you know.
None of those 3 proclaimed to be the strongest servant.
at least two of them were, like Gil the Head of State of their respective countries at the time, you could have realized that he was laying down the template for us 'mere mortals" to follow.
Alright. What about chapters 1-6?
You have to go back
Fuck Gachachads.
Mostly totally irrelevant stand alone stories.
It's almost like the first arc was mostly self-contained because they weren't sure what people would go for and once they realised with Camelot and Babylonia people were more than happy with longer form narrative they went with a more connected formula in Lostbelts.
LB 5-7 should be some of the biggest nasuverse lore dumps ever.
No.
Apparently besides playing the game, you can only watch it on youtube or read Turas Realta manga. Though Babylonia ep 0 has a quick flashback about previous singularity anyway.
So far the loredumps have been insane:
>Siegfried’s Das Rheingold was either found or inherited by the Einzberns. Oniland further estabilishes that the Holy Grail was made of that damn thing. Siegfried wishes they didn’t get cursed by it, indicating the reason the Einzberns never win the HGW is because they were cursed since long ago
>Human greed constantly spawns dragons, in what is called the Evil Dragon phenomenon. So long as greed exists, there will always be an Evil Dragon out there and no matter how many times it’s killed it will always come back, just like the Beasts.
>dragons apparently are off-shoots from the 7 headed dragon from the bible that symbolizes the Roman empire, one of the Beast candidates and the one King Arthur slayed in Fragments. The Holy Grail BB has in CCC is the one that belonged to the Whore of Babylon and is the same used in Fragments to summon this thing, the Holy Grail created by the Einzberns is apparently a copy based on it.
>when Angra called Bazett’s family “God-Carriers” and Fragarach a “pathogen” was actually literal: while gods can be born out of worship, japanese gods, greek gods and mesoamerican gods are aliens. Mesoamerican gods in particular were a pathogen that arrived in a meteor thousands of years ago and whoever carries them become the current god. Bazett and Fragarach’s description indicating the irish gods are also similar in nature
And on and on.
And this is BEFORE Atlantis/Founding of Camelot/whatever the FUCK is going to happen in south america.
Mortalis Stella (when it continues) and Turas Realta Manga will adapt them roughly.
Chapter 6 (Camelot) will be adapted in movies next year, but episode 0 does a quick recap of what matters in Camelot. All you have to know besides that is that Merlin is active behind the scenes to help and Ritsuka and co befriended the mysterious First Hassan who might be Grand Assassin because it'll come back again in Babylonia.
It's funny how Guda's family is never brought up. Like how the fuck a teenager gets to travel to Antartica without his parent's permission.
Gudako is a boring paper self-insert with no personality.
Gudako is a series of shitty dialogue choices, not a character.
He's a magus, magus society is wild.
ive seen, zero, UBW and heavens feel anime. What is fate grand order, how do i watch it and is it good?
>It's funny how Guda's family is never brought up.
As far as i know Turas Realta is the only FGO stuff that mentioned Guda's past. He also had a dream about his home, his parents and Tokyo all getting burned to ashes due to the Incineration. There's also a chapter where he made udon for Mashu and then other staff & Roman too.
>Like how the fuck a teenager gets to travel to Antartica without his parent's permission.
pic related...
cardboard doesn't have parents
He applied from an advert at a train station.
Yeah. I mean, we saw Rin's shtick.
RIP Fujimaru papa and mama
Also the kitchen and Ritsuka's room too
No, Guda isn't a magus, he's a normalfag with some circuits but isn't an actual magus from a magus family. Or even a magecraft practicer.
>Please name at least 40 of them
Saber
Which one? All of them?
>Which one?
Saber
Literally none.
Guda's canon love interest will always be shield bitch.
guda literally mentioned them here
Basically, Solomon has fucked the timeline so deep that it burned ALL the timelines together. But an organization called Chaldea that had partnership with Atlas (autistic alchemists from Melty Blood that are actively saving the world constantly) managed to predict that and developed time travel technology. The problem is there is a limit to what they can send through time, but they used Heroic Spirit research so they’d send masters with Heroic Spirits to fix the main problems and then the timeline would naturally heal.
The problem is that Solomon ALSO predicted humanity would predict that he’d nuke the timelines, so he sent an envoy to bomb Chaldea beforehand. Nearly everyone gets killed or in critical condition, the highest patent guy left was the doctor and the player and Mashu are the only survivors from the scouts. So the two need to keep travelling to the past or the future to fix the main points history was changed to save everything.
The anime is covering the 7th point: Babylonia. When Gil was still alive, fucked everything up just like FSN, returned to Uruk and decided to finally become a good king instead of autistically doing what he wants
wait all the timelines got burned because of someone messing with one timeline how the fuck does that work?
>are VN-only secondarys
kek, based OP with top tier bait.
tl;dr
>chapter 1
Alter Jeanne story. Poorly written, bjy overall idea was nice.
>chapter 2
filler with Nero
>chapter 3
Pirates and Argonauts. Fun, but irrelevant.
>chapter 4
stupid story, Solomon revealed
>chapter 5
stupid story
>chapter 6
Good story. You only need to know that you befriend Gramps.
What the fuck is this translation quality
Because of all timelines that weren't cut off are in the same Tree. The antagonist sent 7 grails to 7 important Time-Locks of Human History.
so there's an actually tree somewhere that represents timelines and when you burn one timeline it just keeps burning until the whole tree is gone?
Well whatever the idea you can kill all timelines but just killing one seems kinda of dumb to me but I guess that's how it works in fate
What are you going to do about it, VNigger? Nothing, that's what. You're lucky Zerochads even acknowledge that the VN exists.
Think of it this way: KnK, Tsukihime, FSN, Mahoyo, FGO, EXTRA, all of them are separate timelines, right?
The thing is, they all branched off recently, they are branches in a big tree, and the trunk is the history all the way to 1990 or so. So when Solomon destroyed the “timeline” he attacked at crucial points in the history they all had.
Hundred Years War
Roman Empire
Golden Age of Exploration
London’s Industrial Revolution
America civil war
Crusades
Babylonia
The thing is, all the timelines aside FGO had the envoy of Solomon killed off just as he was possessed by one of the 72 demons and this averts the entire trunk being burned by their branches. In FGO, that doesn’t happen, so he fucks up right at the tip of the branche, and this burns the entire tree trunk.
The reason for that is: just like the Throne of Heroes is outside of time, so is Solomon’s temple. All our history have bombs filling them that Solomon set up through 3.000 years, but the detonator is in Fuyuki. We couldn’t stop the detonator, so the entire tree got burned and so did the other branches
>people who only watched Fate Zero were secondaries
>but then again, there were also people (who probably predate 95% of current Yea Forums) who only watched the original FSN anime and never touched the VN
>even then, there were and currently are people who only read the VN but never checked out Tsukihime, KnK, or Kagetsu
>even amongst those who have, there are those who never checked out Mahoyo because lmao nip only
>and now we have people who play and subsequently read FGO
>amongst those there are those who skip 99% of shit which is like being a secondary to FGO in spite of actually having played it
>and now we finally have people who will watch the fucking Babylonia anime/I have always hated women a.k.a Agravain is a chad the movie in spite of never having played FGO at all, thus making them fucking septenaries or whatever
this is hurting my brain
who the fuck do I blame for this
Cute Helena. Blame Nasu
You know it
It's a spoiler of why can someone overturn the human order, but this is the explanation. Pic related. I'm going to dump this here.
Yes, the great tree of time. final boss NP takes the shape of a burned out tree.
Why no males servant who want to fuck (you)
Shirou and rin were probably chill enough to give him permission
Is there any way I can go through FGO's story without gambling away all of my expendable income or is that an inherent requirement?
It's not something just anyone can accomplish. Usually, when you destroy the world, for example, your timeline will be cut off and pruned by the system. There're million of world endings scenario, from a meteor hitting the Earth to the dead end stagnation because someone conquers the world.
However, spoilers here for the finale of part 1 there are certain individuals or beings who are born with the potential to be the antagonist of Humanity as a system, the Order itself that regulates this, and aren't just simple one time world end but each as final Calamities/Apocalypses. These are called the Humanity Evil represented and manifested in full maturity with a special Class assigned: BEAST. Solomon the king of magic had this inherent potential as Observer and onmipotent representative. However, this never came to pass because he was empty of will, agency and was listless to ever gain such mentality that would turn against humanity. He died, and became a Heroic Spirit, one of the Seven Grand Servants who guard the Human Order against these threats. What happened is that the Observer had to remain, so Solomon was ordered to make a substitute to watch over humanity and its evolution. The system 72 demon gods, and their controlling "office" (King) Goetia, who became Solomon the King of Magic and unlike Solomon had the freedom to feel and act accordingly, who turned against his purpose in an act of pity.
He was abducted by Chaldea after he was found to be compatible with rayshifting.
Guda was born on 1999. Rin and Shirou were children and didn't even interact until later.
There are plenty of those too. Qin basically wants you to be his immortal consort and found a dysnasty with him.
Is this thread a precursor to what happens when the anime starts airing?
I play it and I haven't spent money. The game is easy enough.
Pretty much. You already get one of the most broken Servants from the get go, and you can do without 4* Servants until well past part 1. Hell you can solo pretty much everything until Goetia with a good support, and /alter/ has whales begging for friends who log in daily.
I've just whaled for one Servant and not a meta one. I just liked the girl. Anyone who thinks you need a full roster of SSR to go on is a retard.
Enter now and you'll get a 4* Servant of your choice completely free!
You get Mashu from the beginning, now she starts weak but eventually becomes one of the best defensive Servants. She gets upgrades in the story.
>are VN-only secondarys
Why do you need to be like this?
You can just watch the story on Youtube. People upload the whole thing
mexicans have zero relation to the aztecs
Watching the stars together!!
Merlin flat
>Merlin checking out ass
>Siegfried’s Das Rheingold was either found or inherited by the Einzberns. Oniland further estabilishes that the Holy Grail was made of that damn thing
I remember reading somewhere that this was the case all along, and the reason we never knew was because it was mistranslated up till Oniland translations.
You can just play it f2p, it's not a hard game. Unless you have the willpower of wet tissue paper upon being confronted by the rateup for your waifu.
Like said, now is a really good time to start since there's a free 4* servant. You have to have the prologue beat by two days or so to qualify.
It was always the case. They mistranslate this as "Golden Rule" or something in the VN. Which makes Apocrypha choice fitting because Sieg is the final Fafnir.
Yup. The VN said the Einzberns has the Rule of the Golden Line, which means they translated Rhinegold as “Line’s Gold”. The VN keeps using references to the Rheingold from Wagner’s opera as a cursed source of conflict, Illya even sings about it in HF while going to the mall with Shirou. The Einzberns live by the Rhine River and the dress of heaven’s property of turning people to stone is directly due to the legend of the Rhine Maidens.
In Oniland this becomes much more explicit because Illya’s connection with the Rheingold causes all the gold we were collecting to mutate into it and by extension into a Holy Grail, causing a new Fafnir to spawn.
>but the VN is an actual complete story
This isn't a good thing if the story is fucking crap
>Implying you've even read it
>fell for "fgo has good story"
>it was so bad that they did not event bother animating 2-5 volumes in anime
>even this sacred cow Babbylonia and Camelot are shit.
Don't fall for it. I already regret wasting my time on it. Suffering from sunken cost fallacy.
First one is mostly a happy adventure you'd expect from regular shounen shows.
Second arc on the other hand is pure desperation.
This is what really bothers me about people saying FGO has some amazing story. I know that there are certain chapters that are amazing, but there's a reason they specifically jumped to the 6th and 7th to be animated in full.
John Curtin is the strongest servant (modern)
An anime iabobly as good as its MC. And the MC is flat cwrvaord trash.
Romani should heen the MC like it was intended and have done usagi drop with mashu
Romani isn't (You) so there's no way that would have been feasible.
>yo guys, whoever dies in Singularities stay dead because the world registers it and spends less energy Deus Ex Machinaing their death than just resetting it
>but Lion King and Tiamat don’t count because they are “impossible events” so everyone stays alive and the world just resets them anyway.
>What, irish soldiers massacrated the american presidents and curries fired nukes around while Beowulf guarded a prison? That’s totally not impossible.
Making Roman the main character and having him be Mash's Master and accompany her on Singularities would have ruined the entire point of his character.
Lostbelt is where fgo peaked desu just wait and hope
Again, the fundamental difference between the two are that one was caused by manifested Servants. Servants aren't "impossible". But the Lion King, a "what-if" brought about by instabilities in the timeline, is thoroughly incompatible with human history.
pick your servant user
Torn between Nitocris for farming purposes or to get Penthesilea because she's cute.
Why is it missing so much?
I'll probably be grabbing Edison.
Those are currently all the non-limited 4* servants in FGONA.
>FGONA
>servants aren't impossible
my sides kill yourself cocksucker
A Servant is a summoned familiar and thus creates no contradictions. The human order explicitly allows Servants to be summoned.
You are the secondary now user. How does it feel?
I'm pretty much caught between Emiya Alter and Edison. I don't really need either. I mean, Edison is way too niche and we all have Chloe so Emiya Alter's pretty unnecessary.
My dick says Tituria, but the gameplayfag in me says CasGil.
wu zeitan
I was until I realized it's from GO and not a LN or manga.
>Master
No, Mashu should be the Master and demiServant. She was also a Master Candidate, remember?
I like FGO and this retcon of a retcon was the most stupid shit Nasu did. He should have let it as was the first statement that all is fixed and give it a rest rather tried to play edgy only to have this shit partly recanted on his blog.
Contrary to what people like to argue, Nasu's lore isn't really all that important, it's excellent set-dressing but without character interactions and telling a story worth having its really not all that interesting, which is probably Extra and FGOs biggest weakness, they have lore out the ass and not much in the way of interesting characters with arcs and resolutions.
