The TRUE deconstruction are those where the new world gets fucked by the MC

Each time the MC dies he gets transported to the isekai or back.
So if he dies on Earth he gets send to the isekai. If he dies in the isekai he comes back to Earth, ad infinitum.

In the isekai he tries to help the people, he fails of course since he's just a normal jap highschool boy. But at least he has pseudo immortality and a way to bring Earth information back to the isekai.

Back on Earth he tries to live a normal life. But every time he dies he leaves behind a corpse and he soon finds himself unable to deal with all the corpses. His female childhood friend he has a crush on finds out of course and promises to help him. They find some other people to help and create the "save the isekai!" club at school.

Meanwhile the police also found some corpses are is starting to investigate. Can MC-kun save the isekai and maintain his normal highschool life? Find out more never, since I can't write for shit.

I'd be great to see Hitler, Musolini, Churchill and Stalin all get isekai'd as Japanese schoolgirls in a traditional all-girls school where the 4 of them are roomates in a 4-person dorm. The problem is that they don't know that the others are isekai-jins as well, even less so in regards to the identities in their former lives.

MC can make temporary trips back into our world to contact his counterpart, but these are limited and dangerous.
He goes back and finds his counterpart is having lots of fun but basically ruining his whole life (boisterous behaviour, running up debts, etc).
He finds his counterpart prefers it in our world and doesn't want to swap back, because of problems he has in HIS world.
MC therefore has to fix HIS problems so that he will return.
These problems are probably going to involve a feisty girl with quite big breasts.

Typical nerdy socially inept man gets isekai'd. He gets the standard set of cheat powers. The catch is, he needs to get headpats every day to keep his powers.
His cheat abilities don't help him with getting headpats, either. He needs to get them without relying on any isekai protagonist cheats or it won't help at all.
In the beginning he figures out that the local prostitutes are probably accustomed to doing all of the weird shit their customers ask of them, so he starts off getting his headpat fix from whores. Later, as he manages to join an adventuring party for a longer journey, he has to deal with his social ineptitude and awkwardness of social interaction combined with embarrasment from requesting someone to pat his head.

MC has mad scientist friend messing with parallel worlds.
As a result of mad experiments, MC gets isekaied, but only temporarily.
He discovers that the two worlds are running time in opposite directions.
This means that the longer he spends in World B, the more he has gone back in time when he returns to world A.
And vice versa.
This gets difficult because there's no way to get FORWARD in time - swapping between worlds just sends him back and back and back.
Obviously we run into the usual problems with multiple copies of MC.
Fortunately, I have a cunning plot idea to circumvent this problem. However, the character limit is too low to allow me to present it here.

How they got transformed is a function of what sort of person they were.
Some are kings and rulers, and some are peasants and SCUM.
It's worse than that.
Some are dogs.
Some are cats.
One is a pig.
The problem is, they can only return *together*.
(Because of maintaining the balance of something-or-other.)
So MC has to find them all, collect them together, and keep them protected.
The main problem so far is that there is no obvious role for a female character with quite big breasts. Once that's sorted, everything is green and go.

Easy mode then.

I become a mecha.
Fuel is mana.
I have different forms like warrior, mage and speed mode.
Conquer kingdoms and begin education reforms.
Begin mining operations since I need materials to build stuff.
Give non humans more benefits since they are better.
Might kill humans off entirely if they don''t prove their worth.
Enemies are other mechafags like berserk mecha, fire mecha and giant mechas.

This is a fine, heart-warming story but the trouble is, the isekai part is almost irrelevant. You could just have MC turned into a pig on earth.

I don't know enough about isekai to know what's original or not but

A recovering drug addict gets suddenly transplanted into another world, where he is stricken with a curse that causes him to transform into a rampaging monster when he loses control. Resisting the effects of the curse is like resisting a powerfully addictive drug so his experience as a recovering drug addict plays a role in his ability to mitigate the curse. It turns out the curse is a notorious one that has plagued the country for centuries and he has to seek a final cure to it.

Years later King MC faces another demon lord, maybe the same one, but he's zapped back to Earth where he's a high school boy again.

He tells nobody about what happened except a childhood friend, girl who likes him but he's oblivious, because she's the only one who will listen. Maybe tries to make a web novel out of it or something.

Then MC's wife the queen, or better yet his daughter the princess, shows up at his door because the demon lord has nearly taken over her world again in his absence.

Then they go back to the isekai and stuff and childhood friend accidentally goes with them. Queen is now ara ara tier, princess is as old as MC and childhood friend.

Ok, if you put extra effort into making it shit, it will be shit anyway

Each episode he gets trucked into a different configuration. The point is mostly just to look at how lots of tiny things that are so normal for us affect our perceptions on things.

There is a novel about a futuristic guy who got isekaid to ancient poland and taught everyone gun making to prevent mongol invasion.

the translator is just pretty bad in general, no surprise because they churn out two chapters a day for qidian. for languages like chinese and japanese it's often a question of total accuracy vs localization. unless you pay top dollar you only get to choose one of the two from the extreme ends
