So whats gonna happen now?
Do you think they will be able to win?
Haikyuu
I can't remember a chapter this devastating since Karasuno lost to Seijou. Can't see Karasuno winning this one but I didn't expect that they would lose like this. This feels like completely new territory for haikyuu.
This chapter was brutal but Hinata had to learn to take care of himself the worst way you can learn it
I respect the realistic route that lead to them prrobably losing
at least the trainer didnt yamato damashi Hinata to his death
Really didn't expect that. Thought he'd sit out a few rallies and then return during a pinch. I'd say this chapter sets the route for a continuation of the series beyond the third years, as it would end up being a carbon copy of Slam Dunk and it's hard enough to get a sports series to fly in Jump as it is. For the match itself, I don't think Karasuno will win this, or it would lessen the impact of the "I'll be waiting for you" by the other shrimp.
I'm surprised it took this long considering how hard he pushes himself every match. Even the readers weren't realizing it might be unhealthy.
In my head there are two options.
1. Karasuno loses. We see Bokuto through to the finals.
2. Karasuno wins and wins against Bokuto, and wins the entire tournament.
In either case Hinata and white hair little giant meet in the future (Olympics?)
No way are we getting a 50+ chapter 2nd or 3rd year arc.
I hope they keep Haikyuu going for as long as the mangaka is able to
"The fever just means your body is heating up extra oxygen, so you can fly higher, mah boy! Go out there and try blocking the ball with your head!"
He was so concentrated in everything that his body gave up after a while. Hope they can atleast get to the finals
There has been so much foreshadowing for a 2nd year, I don't see it losing steam any time soon.
I am really enjoying Haikyuu so the most chapters I get the better
A 2nd year where Tobio is recruited to another team and Hinata has to build a new team from zero
I wish for Bokuto to win this tournament
Isn't Kourai a 2nd year. Either karasuno wins or loses, they're most probably gonna met next year at interhigh or later spring high
Doesn't make sense at all
Lmao what's wrong with their faces?
Everything is off center.
>kenma leaves the tribuns when hinata does
Question is did Kenma leave to go to Shoyo or bc for him the match isn't interesting any more and he thinks karasuno will lose
I think he is going to talk to Hinata for a while
Gotta say, I didn't see that coming. Never crossed my mind Hinata would get removed from a Nationals match. I'm honestly stunned.
Boss Owl a best.
It hurts. It hurts so much.
It's definitely a legitimate question.
Probably both.
Wait i have never seen a haikyuu thread on Yea Forums wtf
This
They usually only happen when the anime is airing.
I meant manga, also isn't this like ultra popular? why aren't there weekly threads?
Imagine if Tobio left and Kenma joined
Haikyuu threads were at their peak when s1 and s2 were airing. Unfortunately the manga doesn't get as much attention despite it being consistently great. Thankfully s4 is coming soon.
I think Atsumu is the only other crazy motherfucker than can keep up with Hinata. Kenma would die of exhaustion.
I honestly kept expecting Hinata to kick up more of a fuss. I always thought the series would end after this year's nationals but if they lose here maybe it will go on for longer.
I can't wait for new 1st years
I don't know when high school application have to be submitted, but if it was after the spring high then we might get some talented first years, now that Karasuno is a big name again.
it's ending next chapter lads
What?
It's just a fever not a life changing injury. Though there might be a short timeskip soon.
>timeskip to the 1st day of hinata's 2nd year
>showing the former 3rd years of karasuno in university, talking about hinata and kageyama
>cut to karasuno volleyball club
>freshmen comes in, looking around nervously
>a sihoulette of hinata minus tempo + boom jump
>"please look forward to furudate sensei's next work"
>end
This kind of shit is what makes school shooters.
i have only seen 3 seasons of anime, can anybody explain what happens in OP's pic?
Hinata gets a fever from over exerting himself and has to get taken off the court at a really important match at Nationals. Which likely spells the end of his time on the court at Nationals this year.
D:
My guess is that sports series don't lend themselves very well to weekly discussions, unless something big happens like in this chapter. With an ongoing match, all you get to discuss is just a move or two and maybe guess the outcome, once in a while.
The Bolivian assassins finally learned about Hinata's whereabouts and he has to go into hiding until the conference happens.
