The studio is doing bookworms adaptation, and they have barely made any anime in the past decade. There's not much overlap in the cast behind though. I think Isekai Maou definitely got one of the better productions we've seen from the isekai anime of recent years though.

Virtually all the sex is "off camera", as are some major events because it is from his innocent POV. In the novel every second paragraph from his perspective starts with "Oh by the way..."

I see, well I may be wrong here but the way I see it, Satou is deliberately freezing the relationships at this point. This might sound optimistic but when Aze made the deal with the 100 wives thing, I'm pretty sure Satou intends to include all the girls eventually assuming they consent. What I think he wants right now though, is to retain this comfy adventure where he can treat the girls like his daughterus/little sisters/sisters/onee-sans/friends/partners in crime/students/etc etc. He doesn't want to take that next step yet, and I don't think it's because he doesn't find them attractive or is afraid of the consequences, but rather he just really enjoys the current vibe. This is coupled with what points out, that there's shit to deal with and Satou is a safe player kinda guy, having kids is basically just going up ramp up his responsibilities and further extend his safety net thinner. Also once a girl has a kid, the relationship changes immensely, because you can't really go from mom back to that teenage sweetheart and such ya know? Basically for these kinds of steps, it's very hard and possibly impossible to rewind back, so each stage is precious to Satou.
