its a very adaptive/shapeshifting style
the style most of the time definitly feels weeb, but it has a toony vibe too... a toony vibe with some harsh/brute strokes

but it really depends on the feel that paru wants to give to scenes
you cant just compare the style at the moment that Riz was imtimidating Legosi to lighthearted moments
when in need, she will exagerate a specific characteristic and go from her normal style to a more realistic/toony/weeb style

I 100% agree with this. I was kinda talking from the perspective back in mid 2017/early 2018 when someone posted a panel of a more cartoony scene here or on another board when Beaststars was more obscure. I thought it was a western comic without context. Still, the cartoony style of some of the pages remind me of something that I cannot place my finger on...

At this point, i doubt so.
I think the final "fight" will not be against a villain but a contest of some sort to see who becomes the Sublime Beastar.
I'm betting the manga will end with Louis and Legosi becoming the Beastars duo, with the former handling the politics and the latter doing the vigilante stuff, working together to create a society where Haru's child doesn't grow to be a psycho and, uh, whatever Louis wants for the world.
