You can see all other Breath of Lightning forms do not depend on leg movement, Kaigaku was just swinging his swords through many motions. The Breath of Lightning is pretty easy to understand once you what Zenitsu does and what Kaigaku does.

Zenitsu has mastered his body movement, but couldn't go up with the actual sword skills, meanwhile Kaigaku could not master his body movement but had his way with the sword, both are total opposites of each other, that's why Jigoro wanted Zenitsu and Kaigaku to be together as successors.

They don't, i hope, at least somehow a bigger evil exist.
But the series so far has been pretty straight in which side are our best interests.
So far Muzan actions have no other goal than fuck up humanity, like Satan, in a Christian setup. In fact the good guys in the western literature always have some kind of disadvantage countered with great virtues and Satan always have empty promises of power or eternal life.

Muzan is the single most unrepentantly evil thing in the entire story thus far. He killed the guy who tried to save his life because it was suspected that the medicine might not work to save him, and even when it did work, he didn't regret any of his actions beyond the fact that the loss of that doctor meant he couldn't perfect the medicine himself.

He then spent over a thousand years ruining the lives of everyone and everything around him in a bid to find a way to become truly eternal and conquer the very few weaknesses he has.

All Kimetsu has known is Muzan and the twelve demon moons, unlike other shounen where the threats don't usually have a clear and definitive source. Wani would've needed to hinted at other demons much earlier for it to feel natural.

I guess I'll phrase it differently, each demon was shown to be a corrupted form of themselves. Their demon form was born of a character flaw and their sin just grew out of control. There was an objective mistake in the way they lived, something they did, or the way they saw the world.
