The answer is more volumes like the Holy Kingdom arc. Seeing things from a non-Ainz viewpoint is great. Neia was a fun character and it ruled seeing things from her perspective.
For the citizens of the Holy Kingdom, the demonic invasion was an apocalyptic hellscape that led to the torture and death of millions of people. For Ainz, it was a play-acted sideshow that he cooked up to get out of having to work.
That dichotomy was seriously compelling. Ainz walks in on people being raped and skinned alive. Neia is barfing her guts out and wondering what cruel god is responsible for this atrocity. Meanwhile, that cruel god is standing next to her going "aww hell how am I gonna explain this to Demiurge???"

user... do you know how anime is made? Budget literally doesn't matter, what matters is time and the staff. Overlord S2 S3 S4 are all made within 2 years with literally whos and no time between them. S4 will be as bad as S3, because the audience literally doesn't care about the quality. Overlord S3 sold, so why would they improve it?
