How do you guys sort the anime you download? I got about 5-6 drives with varying amounts of anime on each drive all adding up to 1.47 terabytes, I tend to buy a new drive and start downloading onto that then it'll fill up with anime and other stuff after a while and I'll buy a new drive and restart
I'm gonna start buying 8tb drives and replacing my older 500gb ones as it's getting impractical
it doesn't work for imgur tho, it asks you to put in credentials so you have to download manually

>sort Alphabetically? What else? I do have a separate drive for /m/shit though, but otherwise everything's all in one place.

Second 2 TB HDD drive is where I download for backlog, another 2 TB drive is where I move the stuff I've watched. Although neither is succifing nowadays so I've 1. erased the ones that I own in physical format and 2. using my C: 2TB drive for anime as well. Thank you for reminding me to buy a new one.
>Putting yourself at the mercy of the streaming jew
I'll always have these shows to watch and share, if everyone started streaming who's gonna bother ripping them, they'll be only a few people doing it for their subbing sites but once they get dmca'd or decide to stop no one will have them and we won't be able to stream, well have to pay crunchy jew

And what am I going to watch in my bunker when the zombie apocalypse strikes?

I was thinking of doing the same, but I'm kind of scared of putting my entire collection into a single drive...

I only keep anime I really plan to rewatch at some point.
New downloads go into my Incoming folder. Whenever I finish a show, I either move it to my permanent Archive folder (synced with an external drive), or delete it. At the end of every season, I purge whatever is left of the Incoming folder for a fresh start.
My whole collection fits on one backup drive so far. I give every franchise its own folder, with subfolders for every season, movie, etc, and subfolders inside each of those for specials, soundtracks, etc.
I try to stick with the following naming convention for top-level folders, but I don't care enough to be completely consistent with it: >Japanese Name (English Name) (Year) [BD 1080p]
