better in what way? because he's friendly? or because he's a selfish troublemaker? Josuke is one of the most uninteresting jojos in the franchise right next to Jonathan. anyone who thinks he's any good just wants a friend like Josuke,
even Araki does.
also the reason jotarofags like Jotaro is because his character growth is so slow it can be compared to edging. tiniest bit of change in his character is enough to make people wet their pants because he's so deprived of personality, its very hard to go wrong when adding character to these types of personalities.
both of them are not that good, but at least jotaro has a bit of redeeming qualities
