Who else miff by ending? Pretty shit desu that they chose to sink tokyo just for the sake of a happy ending. Shitkai sold out on us, the old shinkai will never do this.
Also how the fuck would Mitsuha meet Taki now when half the city is sunk?

It is just a popcorn flick, that said scene with Hina at the rooftop praying for the fireworks festival was pretty kino.

Your name is literally my favorite movie of all time and I missed out on my chance to watch it in theaters. Weathering with You seems to have a happy ending like YN so I want to watch it multiple times.

Honestly, it gets better with each viewing.

Ehh, I felt Your Name’s climax had zero tension when the beginning of the movie gave away they’d survive.

If it is encore then it come with both chink/eng subs and the typesetters are actually better than crunchyshit/funimation.

My SEA cinema used the same script or almost the same script for tbe English track as the Australian showings, the original distributor might be giving the same script to everyone worldwide.
