It's bundled with the 8th volume. I don't think they want to make a complete adaptation yet, so this is basically an experiment.

Interestingly, enough, Nagabe is actually working on a spin-off for Mahoutsukai no Yome.

Considering this is how the Mahotsukai no Yome adaptation started out, I'm optimistic

I think he told her to call him Sensei when they met for the first time, and she never stopped doing it. There was also this moment in chapter 5, after they were attacked by the soldiers for the first time, where she points out that he is, in fact, a "doctor".

It definitely is. This is the scanlator's version of those pages, as a comparison.
At the time, Golden Roze and You're Welcome Scans had picked up the manga almost immediately after it started publication. By the time they had scanlated the first seven chapters, Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the series, propting the two groups to drop the project. The series was then picked up by TSP, which translated up to chapter 21 before dropping it.

Ultimately, there's no ETA for it. It all hangs on someone buying the limited edition volume with the DVD, ripping the video and sharing it online. It's probably not going to happen really soon, however.

The theatre was full (mostly because of Promare) but the audience liked it. They were quiet during the showing, which I appreciated in contrast to Promare's showing where people just kept screaming and shit. Really annoying

The only thing you should worry about when an anime/manga series gets famous is pandering to the mainstream and loss of quality discussion. I don't think any of that needs to be worried about since A, recent plot developments point that it nears completion, and B, a 10-minute OVA isn't nearly enough to drive it into the mainstream. Try to be happy for the author for having his good work pay off, unless the sole reason you like it is its obscurity in which there's a gajillion other works that barely ever sees the light of day for you to cheer on.
