Jump hasn't had a successful new title in 2019. Help jump editors come up with a new series Pitch. Requisites:
Appeals to 12 yo males, even if they aren't the sole target demographic.
Flesh out the concept enough to make a concise 19-24 chapter run in case the story has to be axed prematurely.

A boy and a girl are lying unconscious and naked next to each other in the wilderness of an unfamiliar world. The girl awakens startled trying to cover herself but the boy lunges after her. She tries to push him off but he clings on. It's now that she realizes they're handcuffed. The handcuff is special and made with no key. Now the boy awakens and he jumps back after seeing a beautiful naked lady in front of him but she is forcibly dragged along with him and they both land on the ground. She lands face first on his dick. After the initial awkwardness dies down they introduce themselves and tell each other the last thing they remember before waking up. Mid flashback a monster emerges from the forest and the boy vows to protect the girl he never met. The girl also doesn't want to go down without a fight. And the handcuff glows bright to unleashes a power they have never seen before and take down the monster in one shot.

An average looking beta loser with brown eyes and brown hair who's a wimpy nerd and bad with girls but also a clumsy idiot one day obtains cool powers that actually have hidden demonic powers locked away inside of them and then decides to become The [blank] King while girls suddenly drool over his dick. He also has a rival who is a stoic edgelord jerk with powers that are a cooler version of the MC's and also has a tragic backstory to justify being a jerk to everyone and all the cast constantly jacks him off about how cool and skilled he is as he pushes up his glasses. There's also a side cast and a laid-back slightly edgy sensei figure but I wont delve into them because the side cast will inevitably become irrelevant push MC-kun and Rival-san to the front and sensei figure will be killed off to give the MC the only scene where he seems like he might become a deeper character only for side character to cheer him up immediately.
Give Fujimoto full freedom. And look at Harta comfy manga and offer its mangakas more money.
Cute girls play pen& paper RPGs. They play as what basically consists of JoJo characters and in the story they're playing the goal is to investigate and kill this evil ancient vampire.
The manga shows mainly the JoJo-like characters, but their vocabulary is girly and cute, to make it clear that despite looking like bulky manly men they have voices of little girls with a lisp. Chapters of their RPG sessions are intercalated with chapters inside the school they go, where they talk about what they should do next in their quest (like, "where should we investigate next?", and "I think the priest of the church is suspicious!").
