Apart from some teasing like a drunk almost-kiss and saving each other during a battle against the Heavens, all Yato and Bishamon have is some sexual tension. Yato and Hiyori have had a ton of romantic and emotional development. They're pretty clearly meant for each other, but who knows what could happen on the way there. Honestly, if you can get over your ship having no fuel you should give the manga another try. It gets really good and Bishamon does some real badass shit.
