I read it to 48 chapters then dropped it because the arcs all felt anticlimactic and the story wasn't interesting

Eden zero so far feels like early fairy tail. Pretty enjoyable. Friendship nonsense is still their hut not as grating as before or giving literal power ups...yet. Also Shiki's obsession with it doesn't seem too far fetched when he mentions it a lot due to the fact he basically was on a planet with no one but robots as company his whole life and isolated.

So far, Mashima delivers. I'm getting early Rave vibes.

the thing that turns me off from Samurai 8 is the cyborg bodies, it removes all the tension from a samurai series, limbs and parts can get chopped off with no consequences, also the lore is convoluted as fuck.

Why is everything made out of bubbles? And there are barely any shadows, indicating which part of the panel is in the background.
