Why did Kenny have orders to kill the people Rod met? One of the things I liked about the last chapter was that it explained the coincidence of Grisha leaving and GR happening on the same day. I wish there were a reason for Alma's death being on the same day. You'd think those committee members would be calling for Historia to be guarded and protected if the walls got breached. I think it’s more of a resonance. You have two separate events going on. A past event (Grisha) and a future event (Eren). The attack titan’s ability to see the future should cause a grandfather paradox of sorts. Except they're not. Grisha sees himself murdering the Reiss family before he does it, and Eren sees him murdering the Reiss family after he does it. They're both focusing on the specific point when it actually happens despite being in different points of time, and that's why I consider it a parallax.

I many people were unironically saying that we'll get to see Grisha turning Eren into a titan and Zeke going "See? I was right all along" rendering that whole flashback useless. Then Eren shows some his own memories, mainly the cave scene and then reveals that Eren has a baby on the way and it magically cures all Zeke's lifetime long issues. Overall I'm glad Zeke didn't change his mind that easily and shat over his whole character.
