Wow, so deep. God, I fucking hate time travel

SnK was better before it went full retard with muh time travel & politics.

I unironically agree. Time travel is not something you just stick into a story without a lot of prep and I don't mean just sticking references points into earlier chapters.

There's nothing interesting about a closed causal loop beyond impressing idiots with baby's first bootstrap paradox

>to you in 2000 years
>to you in 2000 years
>to you in 2000 years
>to save Mikasa and armin
>we'll repeat the same mistakes again
Brainlets man

But that doesn't make it a good thing.

>moving goal
>subjective goal
Kay man, brainlets

i want to inseminate Hisu

You people are pathetic. Isayama could resolve those intentionally vague references by doing literally anything he wants to. And you all suck his dick when he inserts the most brainlet unrealistic shit in to the story.

You're actually defending people being able to speak to each other in memories and influence actions which already "happened" in the "past" because DURR DONT YOU REMEMBER 1ST CHAPTER???.

Absolute brainlet.

u mad?

Sure pal, brainlet

>brainlet calling someone a brainlet

>Fact
Time travel, time loops and convenient amnesia are the worst devices in fiction and immediately negate any value a story might have

The determined future was still created and achieved by Eren's strong will and drive.

No

you gonna throw in body/gender swapping too

Ok pal, brainlet

Good arguments. Really convinced me.

Op is a brainlet.
It makes no sense to make a story about freedom in an already "Free" world as that would be the norm, a story in a setting like that would fail to highlight the contrast between freedom and determinism and their respective values. Isayama made the world deterministic exactly because freedom is a main theme, to highlight an individuals struggle against a world that compels him towards a direction he doesnt wish to move towards. Eren attempting to break the cycle and free himself is why the story is KINO, if you fail to understand that then you are filtered.

>time travel
why are americans so fucking retarded?

You need to create arguments of your own that support what you said before expecting any counterarguments

Has there ever been a good time travel story?

>adult Eren manipulates his fathers decision before he should even be alive
>b-but it's NOT TIME TRAVEL REEEEEE
Ah yes, it's, uhm, manipulating the fabric of time to, uhm, change the course history would take if you didn't do so.
