Shisui wasn't taking part in this Granblem meaning that it must have been the past one and she still fought with Suishou back then which means that Suishou was participating in the past ones too. So we know that she did participate in the past, we know that all they concluded without a winner, we know that she has an enormous strength and we know that she wants to beat all humans to prove they aren't worthy. It should be pretty obvious that she has been winning them for many cycles, especially when you remember her song.

If what you care is about Mango's desire to be human (actually a desire to not feel empty), the answer to that is not magic but friendship. A sense of humanity is a matter of mindset. The relationship between Mango and Ernesta is building up to be the real solution in that respect.

The other problem, about Mango needing magic to live (literally) is solved by Ernesta winning the Granbelm (with Mango's help) and using the magic to keep Mango alive.

Well, Granbelm is doing a bad job at time management. There is a whole month between each fight and each one of them lasts 20 hours.This is stated in the show but it is conveyed extremely poorly.
