But what I wonder is if he first needs to enter their memories, like when Zeke let Eren into Grisha's memories. If he has a way to enter WHT predecessors memories, then he can also manipulate them. Maybe Eren has been silently controlling the entire Marley from the shadows.

Do not forget that Eren managed to communicate his memories to Grisha thanks to the contact with royal blood though, Eren did say he couldn’t have managed to reach the paths and to have such a direct contact with his father to Zeke.
They certainly can reach other thanks to their power just like Kruger and Eren did (you have to save Armin Mikasa and everyone else) , but the contact he had with Grisha was all thanks to the power of the royal family and the founding (since they are linked) and they helped him to reach the paths (technically Eren has no control on the paths, just on the passing of memories but I’m afraid people start to confuse everything)

And I like btw how the AT’s very goal was to stop the Reiss family and the will of Karl Fritz, it gives even more depth to his relationship with Historia when you think about it. They appreciate each other even though everything was separating them and their own families tried to kill each other, the very goal of the AT was to destroy everything the Reiss family represented, still they helped and supported each other.

He flipped his shit at Grisha because he was angry Grisha's resolve was weak. To Eren, someone who gives up and stops fighting (even if they have their own reasons for doing so) is wrong. Yelling at him to remember what he was supposed fight for was an emotional reaction, not a deliberate and calculated manipulation.

Furthermore, we have zero evidence he "took control" of Grisha or any such thing. If he influenced Grisha by showing him a memory of his sister, and Grisha changed his mind because of it, then what Eren did was the equivalent of literally yelling words at him if Eren were physically present in that room. Verbally or non-verbally reminding someone about a fact isn't manipulation or stealing der freedums. It's persuasion and it ultimately depended on Grisha's cooperation.
