And even if there's a medicine, they have no way to use it unless they bump into Yushirou or something (assuming he has it), so I doubt any of them would willingly become a demon just like that. Our best bet is either Genya not being able to go back or Muichirou being forcibly turned into a demon in the next chapter (which would be a good strategy on grandpa's part. He's being pushed to a corner, so having a demon Muichirou going berserk and potentially attacking his friends could work).
It speaks volumes about Koku's strength for him to manhandle a squad of three pillars with marks with relative ease.

I was initially expecting the demons to lose maybe 1 or 2 UMs but now that everyone except 1, 4 and possibly 5 are dead there's not much of a point to keep the group going instead of just moving on to Muzan himself. Him dying to 3 Pillars + Genya using his own power against him would be a satisfying end for him. That said I think he'll probably survive just so Potatoboy can be the one to kill him.

There's no room to even speculate how many forms the Breath of the Moon even has at this point; the most number of forms the entire series has shown so far was the Water Breath with Tomioka inventing a 11th form, meanwhile Kokushibou is pulling a 16th form. Only Tanjiro can cheat his way even further with the Dance since his moves are not numbered, leaving Gotouge free to bust out as many as it can be created.

Like Uzui being a Sound user (direct branching of thunder) being fast as hell but later Mitsuri comes in and is said to be faster than him. All breaths can have users who are fast, only a potential supreme thunder user could be the fastest so Zenitsu must start putting in some more work if he wants to one day be unmatched.
