fuck you I'm making this my lifes goal
prepare for the future, anons
Personally I really enjoyed it but I suppose it depends on your tastes, I like slow character driven stories so it's pretty much made for me.
The music, characters, and visuals are all pretty great, they have a different animation for the opening each episode which I wish more anime did.
Forced het
SOOOO BORING.
Happiness, don't listen to the jaded anons.
came here to post this image
>redditfrog for no reason
You know that image predates redditfrog right
clearly not since its on it
Max comfy user. There's no need to binge it or anything, watch it at your own pace. And thanks for reminding me to watch the last episode of Avvenire
are you really shitposting in an aria thread
The best slice of life anime tied with Non Non Biyori.
Where can i find this on a good quality? It's the one thing stoping me from enjoying it
torrents have a bluray release. If you are looking for non-pirated, you'll have to import nip blurays (and patch fansubs if you don't know moon) or wait for RightStuf to release english subbed blurays.
CR quality kind of sucks. Worse than my DVDs.
Buy the masterpiece set.
No seriously. Also, learn nip.
Lesbian boat rowers.
How many volumes are translated so far
You can't. Your choices are DVD rips or QTEC-upscaled bluray rips.
Everything.
>translated
Not that user but I have the set too and it's actually pretty good for learning. It's not too complicated and even has furigana for everything
Volume 3 of the English release comes out next week. It's by TokyoPop, but they're still nice looking oversize volumes.
One of the best anime shows in terms of atmosphere and comfiness, also you might feel bored at first but if you not a child soon enough you will feel it's charm, also this show is not for marathoning.
I certainly didn't expect everything to have furigana when I had it ordered.
It's a great learning tool in addition to being the one of the most magical experiences you could have with manga.
The mizuryu doujin of this series is top notch.
>aria doujins
Absolutely disgusting.
>absolutely fantastic music
>high tier comfyness
>endearing characters, if a bit simplistic
but also
>underwhelming animation
>inconsistent backgrounds
>very, VERY fucking sappy
I like it, but you better enjoy very quiet and slow shows and have a high tolerance for everyone being the happiest and most wholesome beings in the universe at all times.
It also is a rare case of a show that gets better as the seasons go along, because it starts to generally look better. Specially on the jump from the second to the third season.

Damn I kinda want that but I'm not a backer. Feelsbadman
Healing.
Wanting to cry for seeming no reason as years of bitter hatred from a weary life coming bubbling to the surface and wiped away leaving you feeling a new person.
>dub
I wouldn't want to ruin Aria's image with such a thing.
Has anyone here read the manga? I started reading with Aqua and it killed any interest I had in reading Aria. Is Aria any better than Aqua or is it basically more of the same? I was reading YKK when I saw that Aria was usually recommended as something similar but reading Aqua it didn't really seem like a similar thing. And it seemed really heavily stereotypical early 00s.
I know the dub is gonna be shit but the guidebook with all the artbook and interviews looks neat
Tokyopop is still in business?
I'll call you a faggot for even being aware of something like a dubbing effort, but I do agree that book looks pretty neat.
They started publishing again at some point in the last few years. I wish pretty much any other publisher had the license instead, but for Aria I can't resist.
Check ARIA Waha, it's a non-H non-romance doujin that feels as if Amano herself had created another chapter.
That one Doujin
Where can i torrent it? I refuse to support CR and all online pages seem defunt now, sad.
Let's see if you can figure this one out yourself:

maximum comfy. watch in bed for best experience
Iyashikei but only the positive, comfy parts if that is your kind of thing.
The episode with Alice jumping home through the shadows was great.
That fucking cat.
That fucking cat butthole. Omnipresent.
>English
I would only watch it dubbed in Italiano.
I blew through the whole thing while nursing a hangover and vomiting between volumes
It's alright
The steaky-est anime of all time.
Overrated garbo
Agreed
Aqua, for all intents and purposes, IS Aria. Aqua was published from 2001 to 2002. In 2002 the author changed magazines. As part of this change he had to change the name of the series from Aqua to Aria. However, he continued making the manga basically uninterrupted. Rather than thinking of it as prequel --> sequel, think of it as first 10 chapters --> last 67 chapters.

Aria's aimed at a younger audience than YKK and it shows, so it's not gonna be the same no matter how far you read. You might be interested in something like Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou or other Ashinano works (Kabu no Isaki is good, though has a pretty rushed ending) if Aria doesn't catch your interest.
