It's be a really long season though. It wouldn't make much sense chapter count-wise. Season one is gonna be 53 chapters, and train + red light district arcs are a bit shorter combined, but only a bit. Adding smith to that would bloat the season to a whopping 120+

If the 2nd season is just Train and RLD it would be too short (chapters 54 to 99) unless there is plenty of filler. The train is kind of short (chapters 54 to 66) it could be easily adapted into a movie without cutting anything and the Second season being 26 episodes with chapters 67 to 131.
