I'm of the opinion that we won't see Force or the main timeline addressed unfortunately, with how Reflection partially and Detonation especially were made to have several Force elements. That seems like a "I can't use this idea but I don't want to waste it" thing. There's even moments like Fate blocking an attack on Nanoha that's straight out of the manga.
I think we're going to unfortunately get saddled with the movie timeline and move forward there, but that does hopefully mean adult Nanoha will come up again in a new way. They did tease it in the Reflection manga.

Most of the time by exploiting opportunities and only facing their first when absolutely necessary (first fight was an exception because Vita is a hot head and things escalated quickly). The few times they dedicated themselves to the offensive the heroes were struggling.
The only ones who had a clear advantage against a Wolk were the Lieze Twins against Zafira.
Signum admited Fate is tough cookies despite her frailness but she was always taking into account her vow to not stain Hayate's name with blood. Even if that represents a handicap for her. Before they were interrupted by the booking Signum seemed really upset and struggling with Fate pushing her into fighting for real while at the same time trying to reach friendship.

She's still a good instructor and one of the best the TSAB has, I'm not sure what you're getting at here. No she can't turn them into living gods like herself but the Forwards are plenty strong from her teachings and she passed Starlight Breaker onto Teana, etc. and taught them how to not be reckless and to think with a calm head. She's a technical fighter herself, she does not in fact just blast away at everything without thinking.

It really doesn't matter if the tone of online chatter about Force has shifted a little over the years. The only thing that's important at all is the fact that it was canceled due to poor sales. It's never going to get revived after that. They should've retconned it years ago. The fact that they haven't yet is extremely worrying when it's just going to keep getting harder with each new installment that blatantly dodges the issue without ever acknowledging it.

To be fair, it's extremely unlikely Vivio knows about or is involved in the events of Force. For good reason, Nano-mama would never Vivio become involved in her dangerous line of work.
Vivio shows up in Force for a single page, just to mention that Touma knows her and probably to advertise that ViviD was just starting during this time.
Force could be going on in the background of that movie and we would never know.
