Isekai MC has no talent in the world of cultivators, but wants to be one badly. After 15~ years of being a normal filthy commoner worrying about getting some random medieval disease and dying from a cold, MC decides to say "fuck it, I want my adventure", so he calls out to the chaos gods to grant him power purposefully, which is complete heresy and a huge risk for all humans if he goes full warp. After MC gets power and becomes a cultivator, he has an opportunity to go back to normal and can at any time, but declines so that he can become a somebody. He gets the power he wanted to start off, including some unwanted side effects, and goes around trying to be a normal cultivator. MC uses dark power to cheat at everything he can, hunting/eating people at night for power, healing and restoring stamina to train like on steroids, and eventually becomes successful, all the while others are unsuspecting. Plenty of comedy moments for people to mention how pure and heavenly the MC is while he secretly picks human flesh out of his teeth.

In trying to be a hero, he also has to deal with a bunch of villain shit that acts as a foil to his perfect life. I dunno much about dnd, but afaik about rpgs in general both mages and priests need int and wis. Its just that priests/healsluts need to cast more than mages in general situations, so they don't need much int. Int affects spell strength, EXCEPT when it isn't an offensive spell, like what priests usually use.

That's up in the air, actually. It seems to be some sort of hidden stat, but it might be something other than luck, for example intelligence/wisdom causing Ainz to subconsciously take the correct action to resolve any issues. It might be some sort of compensation to roleplaying classes for the lack of total firepower that a proper min/max YGGDRASSIL avatar would have. It would make sense if it's something that only becomes noticable for certain quests in the game, but manifests itself more obviously when the avatar became an actual living entity.

Stats are both a modifier and a prerequisite to being able to cast magic: whatever stat is your spell modifier will be the one you'll need to raise and invest in do to magic. You don't necessarily have to max out a stat to 'do magic', but having a higher stat will make your spell more effective and in some cases give you more spell points/spell slots.

Wizards, Alchemists, Magi, Book Magicians all require Intelligence because their magic is of an academic background/nature, think of things like: enchanting, illusions, and transmutation. They often manipulate things like 'energy', sound, light, and chemical reactions. These guys also usually have more spell slots/spell points, but at the cost of having to keep things IN BOOKS.

Sorcerers, Warlocks, Paladins, and Bards all use Charisma as their spell modifier as their spells are empowered by the presence of their personality and the conviction of their own indomitable will.

Druids, Priests, Clerics, Ayro/Pyro/Geo/HydroMancers all use Wisdom as their modifier as Wisdom is a vague gauge of your understanding of how the world 'is' and not necessarily 'what' or 'how'... It's your connection to the five senses and your comfort or familiarity with your environment around you as you exist with it naturally. If it makes it any clearer: someone with autism has a massive penalty to WIS.

My idea for a currency in an isekai/fantasy world is that there are different grades of gold coins that have certain amounts of 'power' infused into them changing its color and properties.
The coins would be absorbed alchemically, consuming the magic gold and a bunch of regular gold in order to make "something" needed for high level crafting. You would need to literally consume money to make better stuff, or at least for most stuff, with specific other exceptions for story telling purposes.
