Reminder: the Attack (Advance?) Titan can't foretell the future and it's not omniscience. Nor is it time travel. What each holder sees are the memories of his successor and his predecessor. We have no proof that all memories from every AT are available to the current user. Kruger's reference to Mikasa and Armin may have come from Grisha's memories.

These memories are incomplete, and it looks like sending visions to the past is an intentional act rather than an involuntary one. So Grisha can see scenes from Kruger's life and be shown scenes from Eren's life, but he can't foresee the events of his own life unless Eren chooses to transmit them. The same goes for Eren's visions of his own future. What Eren saw when he touched Historia is a secondhand copy of Grisha's memory of Eren's transmitted memories, not a direct premonition of the future.

Eren's foreknowledge is limited and possibly fallible.

Could just as easily be Grisha's if the memory transference doesn't depend on being inside the paths. He knew both of them, and he probably knew that Eren would depend on them to stay alive. So Grisha received Eren's memories, and he passed part of them them on to Kruger. Kruger saying that to Grisha back then warned Grisha to look out for Armin and Mikasa (and maybe influenced him to adopt her).
