The ones with witches tried so hard to start setting up Absolute Harem mode, but looks to have been told the ax was coming so suddenly we wrap the whole thing up fast. I can't say it had potential as up-to-the-rush wasn't that great before.
The second series (which is referred to as a spin off because the tower is basically repurposed for the new title) started off OK as an action title going into the tower. MC gets separated and ends up several years in the future finding out he managed to score with the team leader and get much better even though it was suggesting a harem future to the title. It was a total 180 once they skipped in time and with the ax notice coming once again started to rush the plot and final details. If K.Cake would upload the last like 4 chapters finally instead of begging for money...

"Most important page of the chapter" is debatable. All she's doing is saying she doesn't understand the terms of the promise. What the actual terms of the promise are weren't answered, no one has learned anything new. Those questions will probably asked again AND answered in a future chapter.
The one new thing that was actually learned is that the witch may be fucking with Hina (and kinda cheating in trying to win the bet) by having her get hornier with skin-to-skin contact, and that translation was fine.

The way those panels are drawn suggests its meant to be funny, so rather than keeping with an exact word-for-word translation, it keeps the spirit of trying to be humorous. It doesn't lose or change the meaning. And repeating calm twice in a row like that doesn't read well.

I wasn't trying to be more literal I wanted to preserve the general flow the joke. She gives herself a pep talk in order to gain a moment of composure so she can to do something calmly. Must of the emphasis in in the momentary clarity of mind she needs to do a thing, reader fully expects something proper but gets subverted. In the original this expectation starts being set in the first bubble and actually builds in the second whereas in the TL it's just "get a grip, get a grip, and toilet".

Somehow I think this manga would work better as a weekly series or at least biweekly instead of monthly. It's way too slow and not much is going on, and the release schedule isn't really helping things.

"I have to calm down at once..." oh, okay, pep-talk time, she's gonna like count to ten or some shit. It sets up the next panel.
"Hinako... just take a deep breath, compose yourself, and..." see, pep talk. And we now have a list of two things.
"Let's find a toilet!" and the third thing breaks the pattern. Plus, 'oh, when she says she needs to calm herself down, she meant... oh, i see..." Changing "I have to calm down" to "keep your cool" loses the double meaning.
