Actually the editor wanted Hamada to not do this arc. But Hamada insisted and even got mad. Reasoning is he wanted to showcase his girls be NTR'd or some shit. The only thing the editor was able to stop was the NTR part. But even then Hamada started getting pissy and shit.

Crazy thing is he already did the whole go into a person's mind plotline before and that was decently placed. Here it seemed he wanted to stay in this new setting he made but last minute realized he couldn't do that.

He could always keep this around as a world to reenter in the future for an occasional chapter or two at a time and a way to get the girls in the world naked again. Maybe he could find another object in that world to enter for a world inside a world.

Seriously what was Hamada thinking. I was all for some shenanigans in a fantasy setting, but instead we got a bunch of torture and annoying reoccurring characters in a bleak prison cell.

The fantasy adventure stuff only seemed to make up around a third of this arc. There was some real potential for unique locales and cool character designs, but it was pretty much squandered on fairly disappointing arc.
