A lot of fan translators drop manga when it gets officially licensed (so they don't feel like they're pirating, I guess?).
The problem is that licensors start translating again from the beginning so you gotta wait for them to catch up, and sometimes they drop the manga as well before even catching up, so now you're left with no translation, fan-made or official. That's what happened to pic related. Feels bad.
