That’s not a very memorable scene in my opinion. I think the Railgun anime is what made that series. The Index anime is alright but unless you have a super dedicated fan I don’t think quotes besides ones from the MC would be noticed.

It's sad that the Railgun anime got such a great budget and not the main series. I mean it had potential, but was mostly filler and cute girls doing cute things which is not what im looking for. That being said, the Sisters arc in Railgun is the Toaru series greatest arc.

The reason I picked that scene was because Accelerator had just come back from nearly being killed by a bullet to the head, needing a battery to even function and rely on the Misaka network to use his ability. Awaki thoight she could easily win, yet after the cited quote she got overpowered instantly
