Reason 1: No time for a break
Deku needs a new place to intern. At first you might think he'll take a break to recover from what is basically a trauma, but the problem is that he doesn't have the time to take a break. A key point of the story is that Deku is running out of time, and that he has to take up the mantel of "The Symbol of Peace" sooner then later. A ton of people of 1A are doing an internship, and if Deku doesn't he'll fall behind the rest. And if there is one thing Deku hates (besides evil) it's falling behind (as seen when he got detention).
Reason 2: Fighting Style
Most people were already speculating, but that one chapter confirmed it. Deku and Miruko have an extremely similar fighting style, high impact kicks. Both are are also very mobility based, making their fight style even more similar. If there is anyone that can help Izuku master the rest of OFA, it's Miruko
Reason 3: Relevance and Looks
I decided to put these 2 points together because they're less important but still worth a mention. Miruko was introduced with a ton of other hero's, so there was a big change she might not end up relevent. However, out of any hero that Horikoshi could have make appear last chapter, he choose Miruko. This, to me atleast, shows that she'll probably be more then just a filler hero. Now looks-wise, she and Deku both share the "bunny" theme. I could definitely see the media call them "The Bunny Duo" or something like that. Again, this last one especially isn't a huge point, but still worth mentioning I think.

No way in hell is Aizawa going to be a fan of Izuku going on an internship AGAIN. And not just some rather low status hero, the goddamn number 5 hero. That's going to have a ton of dangers with it.
All in all I do definitely think there is a big chance Deku will end up interning under Miruko but we will have to wait and see. Lately Horikoshi has been playing us like fiddles (Hawks being a double agent for example), but I definitely hope to see more of Miruko, because just like any healthy teenager furthermore a major flaw of Midoriya is how submissive he is. Placing him with a teacher who is extremely outgoing could be an important part of his character development.
