I preordered after playing the network test.
It was pretty much Dark Souls 1 with anime tiddies, exactly what I need right now.

It's the opposite: they have no confidence on Code Vein so they decided to make God Eater 3 fist.

Nah they delayed CV and rushed GE3 out the door since they had nothing else to release.
Haven't heard that at all but magic in the game is just so fucking OP your weapon just becomes stick to recharge your MP.

Just add all that to a GE3 anime then, I'm playing 2 right now and the story and characters is just awful. I mean 1 was nothing to write home about either but shit was way more entertaining than GE2's story.

GE2 is horribly boring plot, gameplay, AND characterwise. I had to force myself to beat it. God Eater Resurrection is so much better

Eh to each their own then I hated GE2 team at first but they grew on me by the end. The music was kino too but I didn't like how much they sucked on Julius dick. I wish they hadn't rebooted with 3 and locked the story behind a shitty mobage.

To be honest I really loved the changes Ufotable did to the God Eater story for their anime adaptation. It's a shame we never got more seasons because the writers clearly cared a lot about the world of GE and making it's story work in an anime format.

I liked the GE2 story and characters but it was definitely a step down from GE1. I still don't know how to feel about GE3 yet though.

Nothing, it was better than GE1 in every aspect.

I liked Lenka. Do you think they'll eventually add him to the games (if they haven't already) with his God Arc from the end of the anime?

Code Vein was originally suppose to be God Eater 4 but they decided to make it Code Vein

I love God Eater as a game and 3 is amazing but the story was never a strong point.

You could customise the GE1 protag to look like Lenka but I don't think there are any plans to include him as his own character. Which is a shame since Episode 10 made me love Lenka.

What a pity

I really want to like God Eater 3 but I hate how disconnected everything is to the previous games, even with Soma literally there in the story he does fuck all.

Shio better come back in another GE3 update eventually

The God Eater developers went to work on Code Vein so we got a new team instead who clearly didn’t want to try on building on the story we already had which is depressing

His original God Arc his in Resurrection along with a new blade that resembles the God Arc he had at the end but the super-kitted out God Arc with the multi-stages isn't it though

I think it was either confirmed/implied/speculated to be Ouroboros.
