Well, the implication is that the new studio gets all the properties - it's just that Railgun was slated for sooner so it would come out sooner. I can't really empathize though - Railgun anime has always been better and I prefer a fair amount of the source too.

For one debate and conversation require other people to engage, so it's not like we can keep talking about what we want regardless of what's going on around us.
